Yoga has been an important part of my life since 2001. After years of hard-core cardio and weight-training, I first tried yoga classes at my gym and loved the way it made me feel, physically and emotionally. I eventually found a studio that felt like “home” where I studied with some of the best teachers in my town. I took workshops with visiting instructors and traveled to other studios anytime I could. Every single time I stepped onto the mat, no matter where I was, I always learned something new and discovered another layer of myself and of Yoga. Eventually I received my RYT 200 hour teaching certification and am now able to share this gift with others. I teach a Vinyasa flow with emphasis on building core and muscle strength while creating balance and ease in movement.

Yoga is my peace of mind, my motivation, and my connection to myself and others. It gives my life a deeper perspective spiritually, emotionally and physically.
